How I Can Help You
If you need help with your business, there are several ways I am currently working with business owners:
Business Mentoring
I am still in the process of developing mentoring packages! (Yes, it’s a process…) Mentoring packages will include some or all of the following:
- Review of current business financial situation
- Review of current processes and workflows
- Finding your business owner stress points and solutions to reduce their impact
- Strategizing easier ways to do things, create efficiencies and processes that support your business
- Identifying key performance indicators that are relevant and meaningful to you and your business
- Regular monthly reviews with you as we make changes
- Other guidance and support as needed
Mentoring packages will be six-months or 12-month commitments, and pricing is yet to be determined. If you are really struggling or worrying about your business, send me a message and let me know – we’ll work something out ahead of me having a tidy package put together!
Virtual CFO
Wish you could hire a CFO but can’t add a salary to your expenses? Then how about a virtual CFO for just that month end stuff?
I can reconcile and tie out your bank and loan statements, review your financial statements, and then make recommendations based on the kind of analysis we decide on together.
The cost will be flat-rate pricing and will depend on several factors such as the number of bank and loan accounts and the services you need. My rates start at $400 per month and go up depending on what you want and need in services and how complex your business finances are.
What I can do for you includes:
- Reconciling all bank and loan accounts
- Establishing good financial practices and processes
- Training staff on best practices
- Reviewing and publishing financial statements
- Assistance with budgeting and planning

New Business Set-up
Oh, this stuff is fun, not stressful! Want me to review your business plan or costing? Or maybe you’re not even that far in planning and want help mapping it out. I can do that – I will customize a start-up plan for you and with you. That can include a business plan review and recommendations, accounting set-up based on recommendations, and other personalized recommendations as needed. My rates start at $500 and will go up from there based on your individual business needs.
We’ll cover:
- how you want to work,
- what your needs are, and
- the simplest, easiest way to get you going.
I can set you up with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. I’ll also give you some training and guidance on best practices for managing your workflow and processes, and make recommendations on finding regular bookkeeping help.
